Resilience, Person Centred, and Holistic Transformation.

A Journey of Compassion and Purpose

My practice is grounded in a person-centred and collaborative framework, integrating evidence-informed strategies and interventions tailored to each client’s unique presentation and goals.

Together we will gently examine underlying self-limiting core beliefs and internal conflicts that may contribute to maladaptive behavioural patterns, or self-sabotaging responses to life’s stressors. Interventions, strategies and techniques will be tailored to your needs and therapeutic goals, with a focus on strengthening your psychological resilience, enhancing your cognitive and emotional insight, and developing adaptive coping capacities to reconnect with renewed vitality to live a more fulfilled life.

Our Therapeutic Approach

I use an integrative approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies to meet your unique needs:

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

Identifies and challenges negative core-beliefs, cognitive distortions, and maladaptive emotions, and behaviours that maintain psychological distress.

Person-Centred Therapy (PCT)

Facilitation of a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive therapeutic relationship that promotes exploration of difficult experiences, emotions, and inner conflicts.

Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT)
Goal-oriented, future-focused approach that emphasizes identifying strengths and resources, and implementing solutions rather than analysing problems to create positive change.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Strategies and techniques like mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to help manage distressing intense emotions.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Facilitates acceptance uncomfortable thoughts and feelings rather than avoiding them, whilst commit to values-based actions to live a more meaningful life.

Psychodynamic Therapy
Explores unconscious processes, early life experiences, and relational patterns that may be influencing current emotional difficulties and self-sabotaging behaviours.
Transactional Analysis (TA)
identify unhelpful life scripts and self-defeating patterns, supporting healthier communication and more fulfilling relationships.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Focuses on emotional connection and attachment, helping individuals and couples identify and change negative interaction cycles while fostering emotional safety and closeness.

By blending these approaches, we create a tailored plan that supports your goals and wellbeing.
